Practical security starts with clear instructions
Tell us what must remain staffed, which areas can be patrolled and who authorises access. A gate officer, mobile patrol and dog-and-handler team perform different jobs; the proposal should make those responsibilities clear.
Agree how officers record visits and incidents, who receives reports and when concerns must be escalated. Review the brief when site layouts, working hours or contractors change.
